Job Description
To provide five star service to all guests and potential guests at all times and administrative support to the reservations, sales and executive offices. 

Essential Duties:
Promptly answer telephone calls in a friendly manner with a clear voice. Listen to ascertain the correct extension. Transfer calls to relevant and correct departments or guests. Operate a six-line switchboard terminal. Promptly reply to requests for information via email/fax/voicemail. Briefly answer basic phone and email inquires regarding directions, outlet hours, offerings, etc. Liaise with other departmental agents regarding guests’ needs and concerns. Resolve complications and complaints such as missed messages or dropped calls politely and using good judgment. Fulfill brochure and information requests. Accurately perform clerical tasks assigned by Reservations Manager to include updating Maestro and Excel databases, drafting standard correspondence, fulfilling donation requests and the like. Maintain brochure and collateral inventory and order as needed. Prepare and send daily/weekly property reports. Prepare and print menus and menu cards. Receive and forward applications and application documentation to our HR department. Manage incoming shipment distribution. Maintain a neat and tidy workspace and appearance. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
