SUMMARY:17th Annual Public Servant Appreciation Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:The 17th Annual Public Servants Appreciation Luncheon will be held on Wednesday\, September 7th  at the Cartersville Civic Center from 11 A.M. until 2 P.M.   Lunch will be a special delicious meal from Flavorful Events.  \n\nThe luncheon program featuring the playing of taps\, a three-volley salute and the last fire call will begin at noon. This is a very moving event that you do not want to miss.\n\n\n\nIn addition\, we are honored to have a guest speaker  Brigadier General (GA) Joseph F. Jarrard.\n\n\n\nAs you can imagine\, it takes a lot of volunteers to make this event successful. From refilling iced tea all the way to just being there to speak to those attending\, this will be a day you will never forget. One of the treats for the attendees? the delicious homemade deserts\; cakes\, pies\, and cookies that people in the community have prepared. I would deeply appreciate it if you could prepare a dessert and bring it to the Civic Center the morning of September 7th. I know some of you have done this each and every year\; thank you\, thank you\, thank you.\n\n\n\nPlease email me at parnick@shawhankins.com if you are able to help in any way. \n\nOf course\, those of you who are able to help are invited to stay for lunch as our guest. We try to eat around 1 P.M. after we make sure all the attendees are fed.
