This milestone celebration will begin at 1:30 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church parking lot (31 Douglas Street) and will travel through the heart of Cartersville\, bringing vibrant culture\, pride\, and unity to the streets.\n\n \n\nThe parade route will follow Douglas Street to Church Street\, then Erwin Street\, Cherokee Avenue\, Bartow Street\, Main Street\, and Tennessee Street\, returning to Tabernacle.\n\n \n\nThe parade promises an unforgettable experience\, featuring floats\, vintage classic cars\, sleek motorcycles\, eye catching Slingshots\, electrifying performances by dance teams\, the prestigious Divine Nine organizations\, and show-stopping appearances from show-style bands\, including:\n\n\n Brainerd High School Marching Panthers (Chattanooga\, TN)\n Cedar Grove High School Marching Saints (Ellenwood\, GA)\n North Clayton High School Mighty Marching Eagles (College Park\, GA) \n Southwest High School Marching Patriots (Macon\, GA)\n\n\nFollowing the parade\, the community is invited to gather at Friendship Plaza (1 Friendship Plz) for the Black Business Showcase and Community Resource Fair.\n\n\n\nThis annual event not only honors Black history and excellence but also strengthens community ties through celebration\, commerce\, and culture.\n\n\n\nFor more information\, follow @BlackBartowEvents on social media or email blackbartowevents@gmail.com.
