DESCRIPTION:Home School Programs\n\n \n\nHome School Day programs are designed to meet Georgia Performance Standards\, while engaging students' critical and creative thinking skills.\n\n \n\nPrograms are 90 minutes and include a living history demonstration\, hands-on activities and crafts related to the subject matter and a self-guided tour after the program. \n\n \n\nHome school groups must make a reservation by calling 770-387-3849.\n\n \n\nAdmission:  Students: $5   Adults: $3 (BHM adult members are free)\n\n \n\nProgram Time:  1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.\n\n \n\nAvailable Program Dates: \n\n \n\nMarch 11\, 2013  Women at War:  Explore the lives of the brave women who have served our country in difficult times.  Students will discover the trials and tribulations of Clara Barton\, Rosie the Riveter\, and others through interactions with interpreters\, activities\, and much more.\n\n(Ages 8-14)
