DESCRIPTION:Help the Cass High School Band earn scholarship money through blood donations this summer! Cass High School Band is again participating in the Blood Assurance Battle of the Bands competition by hosting a blood drive on Thursday\, August 9 from 3 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The band that collects the most donations by August 15th will win a $1\,500 scholarship. Cass High School placed 1st in last year's competition earning $1\,500 for the band program. Donors can support the band by donating at the August 9th drive at Cass High School or by donating at the Cartersville Donor Center\, located at 334 Cherokee Place.
