DESCRIPTION:Find out how easy it is to compost in either heaps\, tumblers or with worms. Learn how to make an odor-free worm composter to keep in your garage or spare room. We'll have a composter with live worms for you to examine and take-home worm composter instructions available. Program will be ongoing throughout the day.   \n\n\n\nNo matter what the weather\, we'll sweeten the deal with a roaring campfire\, s'mores & hot chocolate! So\, lose your cabin fever and explore nature with us!  Kids can check out Adventure Backpacks to use on the trail and there will be a fun craft at the Learning Shed.\n\nAdmission is $3 per person/maximum $10 per family\, free to Preserve members.\n\nOpen 10 am to 5 pm\, please plan to arrive by 4 to complete your hike by closing. Leashed dogs welcome.
