DESCRIPTION:Free QPR (Suicide Prevention) Training\n\n\n\nTuesday\, July 13\, 2021\n\n12:30 PM - 2:00 PM\n\nOnline Event\n\n\n\nAlliant Health Solutions is pleased to offer QPR (Question\, Persuade\, Refer)\, a suicide prevention virtual training. This training is offered at no cost and is made possible through a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.\n\n\n\nRegistration is required as space is limited to 35 participants. Upon registering\, you will receive a link to the training.\n\n\n\nClick here to register.\n\n\n\nNOTE: Classes fill quickly\, early registration is recommended.\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\n\nThis 1.5 hr. on-line interactive instructor lead training will provide a comprehensive review of a three-step approach anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide.\n\n\n\nParticipants will also receive access to the QPR Institute's database to access additional resources and education materials.\n\n\n\nOne (1) continuing education unit (CEU) through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) will be available for attending the session.
