Unfortunately\, a lack or recognition of this frustration and the inability to respond proactively cost businesses in terms of employee output\, customer satisfaction\, loyalty and ultimately - productivity and profitability. Participants will receive a detailed 24-page report (compiled from a pre-program assessment) that will allow them to understand their preferences in the area of customer service\, communication\, motivation\, and management style.\n\n \n\nThe program consists of a half-day session during which participants will be actively engaged in the learning process.
