All motorized vehicles must be driven by a licensed driver over the age of 21.\n	Children may ride battery-operated seated toy vehicles on low speed and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.\n	NO horses\, large trucks\, motorcycles\, ATV's of any type are allowed.\n	Helmets and safety pads are to be worn by cyclists.\n	Only Services animals allowed.\n	NO skate boards or scooters of any type.\n	NO political ads or statements.
