DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of live flute and trombone music by Darla and Don Wilmot\, a musical husband and wife duo of retired military musicians. Enjoy the holiday music inside the Cartersville Library\, as Darla and Don play on the balcony above the main desk.\n\n\n\nDon and Darla Wilmot are retired military musicians each having served for over 20 years. They met and married while stationed at The Army Ground Forces Band at Ft. McPherson in Atlanta. Since moving back to this area\, to be closer to their first grandchild\, they are involved with several musical groups and enjoy performing for senior retirement centers. As a duo\, they played for Oktoberfest events in the area.
