SUMMARY:Pettit Preserve Open Hike Saturday
DESCRIPTION:We are having our 2nd Saturday of the month hike June 12th with our first program since the Covid outbreak. The program and activity will be held at the Gay Pettit Dellinger Nature Center at 10:00am and 1:00pm. Randi Sonenshine will be discussing her book "The Nest That Wren Built" and birds in general\, along with a bird activity for the kids. Also we have two Biology Professors from GHC and KSU discussing the eBird bird count program and how to be a successful bird watcher\, identifying birds and much more. General hiking is from 9:00 am   5:00 pm. Last hike at 4:00pm. There is no charge\, but donations are appreciated. Contact the Pettit Preserve for more information.
