Come join us for a transformative breath ceremony on the Fall Equinox, a perfect time for renewal and balance. Cohen Andrews will guide you through the powerful Wim Hof inspired and holotropic breathing methods designed to expand the breath matrix and enhance your physical and mental well-being. Under the guidance of your experienced instructor, you will learn to harness the power of your breath to reduce stress, boost your immune system and achieve a deeper state of consciousness.
