WHAT: During March we will place a strategic focus on building a culture of relational security and reassurance at work.
WHY: Supervisors who provide relational security more than double the odds of employee engagement. According to Gallup, employees are more likely to be engaged at work when their supervisor is partner-like and fosters an atmosphere of trust and transparency.
Successful organizations dedicate time, focus, and space to building a relational culture because humans are HARD–WIRED to CONNECT in CARING RELATIONSHIPS. Security is one point of connection ALL humans need!
WHO: Business and organizational leaders who want to increase the engagement and loyalty of those they serve.
