11 AM: Silent Auction (Excel Gym) and Fall Festival (Back Lot)
1 PM: Live Auction (Excel Gym)
Come enjoy food, fun, and fellowship, and get a jump on Christmas shopping! Featuring 100+ silent auction items and 8-10 live auction items, including a Harley Davidson motorcycle!
The Fall Festival will include a bounce house, games, and face painting. Barbecue Sandwich Plates available for $10 each by pre-order, $12 each on day of event. Barbecue Sandwich Plate with Fall Festival wristband available $15 each by pre-order, $20 each on day of event.
Proceeds benefit Excel extra-curricular programs, student scholarships, and PTF projects.
