Description
What's in our food: concerns about sustainability, pesticides, and GMO's. Consumers are often confused by misinformation from food labeling marketing, and many are concerned about food safety, healthy food choices, as well as sustainability of farming practices. Current trends in marketing have increased confusion for consumers, with the marketing of various food products using terms such as organic, certified naturally grown, locally grown, bioengineered, and non-GMO products.
