Melba Scoggins, Bartow County Clerk of Superior Court, is pleased to announce FREE NOTARY PUBLIC TRAINING classes are coming to Bartow County! This training is being offered in conjunction with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority. These 90-minute classes are for veteran notaries, new notaries or anyone considering becoming a notary public. (It is important to remember that a notary public should perform their duties to the utmost extent of the law. Failure to do so could result in costly lawsuits and penalties. We look forward to seeing you there!)
