Geology Workshop: Can You Dig It?
Saturday, June 23, 2018, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
What’s in the world is Moh’s Hardness Scale? How do you identify minerals? Discover fluorescence and various optical and physical properties as you learn the basics of minerals. Enjoy hands-on activities, take-home specimens and meet Tellus Curator Ryan Roney. Workshop is limited to 60 participants. The workshop is for ages 8 and older. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult. $30 non-members, $15 Tellus Museum members.
