11:30 AM - 1:00 PM - Building Blocks of Essential Boards by Keynote Speaker Ann Cramer (Lunch).  As the former Director for IBM Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs for the Americas, Ann Cramer has served in key leadership roles in both national organizations and others in her local community of Atlanta.  Her experience and perspective on board engagement and the keys to effective boards will be informative and though-provoking.
