Trust is the "oil" that allows relationships and organizations to operate smoothly and productively. It is the key to creating an organization culture where people are willing to take risks, tell the truth, identify problems and be genuine. But while many talk about the importance of trust, few know how to build trust.
Hyler is the world's expert on "how to" build and increase trust. His presentation will address various situations:
¨ creating a high trust culture to attract and retain talent
¨ rebuilding trust after an acquisition or merger, union campaign, downsizing, etc.
¨ increasing team effectiveness
¨ quick ways to build trust in a sales environment
¨ building trust in a customer/supplier relationship
Expect to leave his speech with specific things you can do to increase trust in your environment.
