Description
A free community wide class on Kidney Disease. Learn how kidneys function and the cause of Chronic Kidney Disease. Learn how medications, diet and nutrition work together to keep you healthy. Learn how to manage other related health conditions including diabetes and hypertension. Also learn how to continue educating yourself and what treatment choices are available. Staff will include, Social worker, Dietitian and a Nurse. We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns.
