Wreath Laying Ceremony

Greetings by Mayor Matt Santini along with the proclamation being read by Commissioner Steve Taylor. Festivities will climax at the Cartersville Civic Center. Rev. Michael Benham, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Cassville, Georgia will be the speaker for the Brotherhood Program.
