Let's Talk Meetings That Work
The purpose of this training is to assist non-profits and their partners in convening effective, efficient meetings indicative of high-functioning groups that reach desired results. As a result of the Let's Talk Meetings that Work Training, participants will:
- Understand how and when meetings enhance collaboration
- Be able to choose the best type of meeting to accomplish meeting objectives
- Know the essential phases and steps for holding a successful meeting
- Be knowledgeable of when meetings are productive versus unproductive
- Be able to identify strategies for identifying and handling meeting problems successfully
