Join us for a discussion on the upcoming installation of the iron butterfly at the Bartow History Museum and the community-driven project known as The Iron Butterfly Trail. The Iron Butterfly Trail, initiated by Art in Bartow, symbolizes Bartow County’s essence through the Iron Butterfly, inspired by a fundamental yet thought-provoking question: What will represent our community? Fabricated locally at Steel Materials and adorned with unique hand-painted designs, these Iron Butterflies encapsulate Cartersville’s evolution from a thriving mining town to its vibrant, artistic present. Guided by a committed team from the 2021-22 Leadership Bartow class, the Iron Butterfly Trail aims to rejuvenate Cartersville’s trail networks, infusing creativity into the very fabric of our community.
