Description
Tellus volunteer Bob Gossman will discuss all things gravity – from Galileo and Newton to Einstein’s explanation of gravity, black holes, and even the coin vortex in the Tellus Great Hall! You will also learn how to make your own experiment that shows the center of gravity. The Lunch + Learn lecture begins at 12:15 PM. No outside food is allowed but you are welcome to buy lunch in the Café and bring it into the lecture, or just come hear the lecture. All Lunch + Learns are FREE for members and included in regular admission for non-members. Presentations are recommended for ages 8 and up, unless otherwise indicated. From fossils to stars, Lunch and Learn features a wide variety of topics.
