Laissez les bons temps rouler (Let the good times roll) The first organized Mardi Gras in the United States was 314 years ago. This year, Johnny Mitchell's Smokehouse is putting on the 'festin'. Come join us for a wild, cajun buffet as we start the festival of Mardi Gras. We'll have the cajun food spread and the bar open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The buffet will be $17 each for adults and children will be prorated. We'll be serving up Seafood Jambalaya, Pork Etouffee, Chicken Gumbo, Red Beans, Dirty Rice, Cajun Corn Maque Choux, Bread Pudding, and so much more! Bring someone you love and Bon Appetit!
