Lineup begins at 1:15pm. Brotherhood March through downtown Cartersville- Adairsville Mayor Kenneth Carson and Mrs. Cecelia Carson as Grand Marshals. Wreath-laying at Frank Moore Administration Building with the Commissioner reading proclamation for the King Holiday and the Mayor bringing greetings.
