Footprints on the Heart and Cultivate Health invite you to join us for the
Sacred Rest Women's Retreat on February 3, 2024.

Did you know that to function optimally our bodies need 7 types of rest? During our time together we will share with attendees about each type of rest and how that correlates to our overall health and wellness. At the end of this gathering attendees will have a better understanding of why rest is so critical, identifying our areas of rest deficit, and learning ways to incorporate rest into our daily lives. 
This event is for you if-
-You feel guilty when you do something for yourself instead of a task on your to do list
-A healthcare worker experiencing compassion fatigue
-Feel like you have a never-ending to-do list with no time for yourself
-Taking care of your kids and household leaves you feeling exhausted
-An entrepreneur feeling like you wear all the hats
-Someone dealing with any type of grief
-Looking to be replenished

We look forward to sharing this day with you. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks provided. Each attendee will receive an event bag as well as be eligible for various door prizes throughout the day.
