DISCOVER THE ART OF FIBER CRAFTS AT WEST FEST 2026! From freshly shorn wool to handmade textiles, discover the traditional art of fiber crafts at Sheep to Shawl at the Bartow History Museum on Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.! As part of the Booth Western Art Museum’s West Fest 2026, this special program invites visitors to explore the world of wool and fiber arts with members of the Etowah Valley Hand Spinning Guild and the Peachtree Spinners Guild. Watch hands-on spinning demonstrations, learn how artisans dye wool, and discover the techniques behind these time-honored crafts. While you’re here, explore the Bartow History Museum and enjoy a day filled with art, culture, history, and family-friendly activities throughout West Fest! We look forward to seeing you there!
