It’s a celebration of Cork & Pork as we celebrate with our friends Rusty’s BBQ (Birmingham, AL) and Prisoner Wine Company. Join us as Rusty, an active member of the Southern Foodways Alliance, smokes a whole hog in the Biergarten’s custom-built J&R Smoker before a center of the village celebration complete with exciting selections from Napa Valley’s guest favorite Prisoner Wine Company to complement a traditional barbeque feast.
