This Live Online Workshop helps new nonprofit leaders expand their thinking to include a broader range of possibilities for achieving success. During this session we will take a deep dive into four (4) very specific quadrants that need the early attention of the new nonprofit leader.
The instruction will also serve as a useful guide for an internal exploration of a nonprofit’s purpose, planning, pilot, and productivity journey.
After participating in this workshop, you will:
