Description
Innovative and exciting dance and movement workshop for caregivers on how to restore the balance between caregiving, self-care, family involvement and work. The workshop will utilize music, dance and movement to facilitate personal growth and emotional wellness. Lunch will be provided after the workshop and it is included in the registration fee.
