The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering guest inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions or concerns
- Make and manage room reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
