Guest Experience Team Member

Summary and Attributes:

Duties and Responsibilities: Court Attendant, Gate Attendant, Parking Attendant, Field Maintenance, Janitorial Attendant
·        Maintain premium guest experience.
·        Responsibilities include performing day-to-day operations activities
·        Operate small to medium grounds crew equipment, rake, shovel, leaf blower, weed eater, pressure washing machine, etc.
·        Cleaning debris from grounds including but not limited to fields, courts, athlete/guest seating, parking lots, and pre-event areas. 
·        Assisting with event set up and break down for events
·        Assisting with tenant and vendor coordination
·        Follow verbal and written instructions from superiors and ensure the timely and quality completion of those assigned tasks.
·        Ensure that company policies are enforced.
·        Participate in company safety initiatives and develop robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.
·        Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.
