Overview:

Chick-fil-A LakePoint is seeking a goal-oriented, high-energy team member. This position is Full-Time in our Back of House.

Availability:

We are looking for a Full-Time Team Member with any of the following for 5 days:

• 5am-2pm
• 6am-3pm
• 7am-4pm
• 5am-11am
• 2pm-11pm
• 3pm-11pm

Duties:

As a BOH Team Member, you will be like the behind-the-scenes director. You will not be known to the Guest by your face, but by how you make their food with care. Responsibilities include supporting the team, making our high-quality food accurately, and guaranteeing Chick-fil-A standards are upheld. You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Have a reliable source of transportation
• Work effectively in a noisy, hot environment
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
• Observe health and sanitation guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Prior experience in a kitchen
