Description
November Topic: Strategies for Planning a Successful Holiday Season
If you are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or Dementia, this is a support group for you. Come be with others who understand the struggles and challenges you face. Share your successes, explore difficult topics, and talk openly and confidentially with others who are living through similar experiences. We provide a safe environment for open honest discussions about difficult subjects, daily struggles, and challenges faced by caregivers.
The leader of this peer-led group is a Volunteer Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association, CARES Dementia Specialist (CDS), and Dementia Friend. This support group is focused on those caring for those living with Alzheimer's or other dementias, but all caregivers are welcome to join us. We ask that only caregivers attend the group.
