Please join us for our May 9th, 2023 Quarterly Luncheon. We are excited to announce Wesley Barrell as our Special Guest Speaker for this event.
Wesley Barrell, General Manager of Inland Operations
Since Wesley joined the Georgia Ports Authority in 2011, he has held positions in Crane Maintenance, Intermodal and Strategic Operations. Wesley currently is responsible for the oversight of the Appalachian Regional Port and GPA served, Inland Operations with a concentration on rail. Prior to starting with the Georgia Ports Authority, Wesley supported the US Armed Forces in both Germany and USA. In addition, he served operationally in Her Majesty’ Armed Services with The Light Dragoons as a Reconnaissance Soldier. Wesley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanics and has over 28 years of Operations and Industrial Maintenance.
Wesley and his wife, Kelly, have five children and live in Northwest Georgia.
