Legal Receptionist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and personable Legal Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our firm. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients while ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage email communications
- Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx and other deliveries
- Perform bank deposits and occasional local errands as needed
- Maintain an organized front office and reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Utilize office technology and software systems efficiently

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-stress environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable using basic office technology and software (email, scheduling systems, etc.)
- Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred (legal experience is a plus but not required)
