A monthly online VIRTUAL event where you can quiz our knowledgeable staff. Tellus Science Museum Executive Director Jose Santamaria has traveled all over the Southeast to collect minerals and fossils. To celebrate National Fossil Day, Jose will talk about his fossil collecting experiences and discuss the best places to find fossils in Georgia. He will also show fossils from his personal collection and specimens he has collected for the Museum. He will even split some fossiliferous rocks to reveal for the first time what’s inside!
