Backpack Buddies 5K Run
Presented by Anytime Fitness and Modern Woodmen

Calling all 5K and 1 mile runners! The second annual downtown Cartersville 5K and 1 Mile Road Races are set for Saturday August, 25 2018. The funds raised from this race benefit Backpack Buddies, and is sponsored by The Cartersville Downtown Development Authority, Anytime Fitness of Cartersville, & Modern Woodmen Financial, Garth Gherardini.
The 5K race will start and finish in Downtown Cartersville, with a fast 5K route encircling downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. The 5K is a certified 5K course (Certification #GA18034WC) and is a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier! Please plan to hang around afterwards for age group awards presentations, while you enjoy vendor tents, music, and craft beer! An awesome way to start your weekend!
