Did you know that to function optimally our bodies need 7 types of rest? During our time together, we will share with attendees about each type of rest and how that correlates to our overall health and wellness. At the end of this gathering, attendees will have a better understanding of why rest is so critical, identify our own areas of rest deficit, and learn ways to incorporate rest into our daily lives.

Caitlin Quraishi, DC, CACCP, Cultivate Health
Dr. Caitlin Quraishi, also known as Dr. Q, was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She moved to Georgia to attend Life University where she fell in love with the chiropractic principles and philosophy. She practiced in Seattle, Washington for 6 years while she explored the beautiful Pacific Northwest and ran her own chiropractic coverage business. She moved back to Georgia in 2022 and opened Cultivate Health in Cartersville, GA. She loves taking care of kids and women in the perinatal period and has a neurologically focused family practice. Her mission is to cultivate a healthy community where families have freedom around their healthcare choices and the opportunity to cultivate health from the start. Khristie Staines, Footprints on the Heart
Khristie Staines is a native of Bartow County, a graduate of Cass High School and holds a human services degree from Shorter University. She has been married to her husband Michael for 15 years and is the mother to Trevor, stepmother to Allison, and grandmother to Maddox and Natalie (in Heaven). In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and loved ones. She is the co-founder of Footprints on the Heart, a 501c3 nonprofit ministry offering free in-person support and services to families facing life-limiting perinatal diagnoses and families facing pregnancy and infant loss in Bartow, and its surrounding counties.
