Janae is a Life and Leadership Coach who provides the plan, tools, and accountability to close the gap between where people are and where they want to be. She empowers people to flourish through one-on-one sessions, workshops, the Thrive Community Membership, and her online presence.
She has a Master of Divinity and spent 30+ years in ministry. In 2019, after she and her family moved to Cartersville, Georgia, she transitioned to coaching when she became the Leadership Coach for two Chick-fil-A stores and their leadership teams.
Janae launched her private Coaching business in 2022. Serving the community is central to her model. She gives back to the community in various ways, including partnering with Bartow Family Resources, where she offers her coaching services and invests gratuitously in their staff.
Janae also co-launched a blog and podcast called God’s Word Gives Hope in 2022. The ministry is growing and is in the process of becoming a nonprofit.
Janae and her husband have been married for 32 years. They are from Sarasota, Florida, where they raised their two children. Their daughter is married and remains in Sarasota. Their son, Silas, is engaged to be married and a senior at Berry College in Rome, Georgia.
