Cohen Andrews will guide you through the powerful Wim Hof inspired and holotropic breathing methods designed to expand the breath matrix and enhance your physical and mental well-being. Under the guidance of your experienced instructor, you will learn to harness the power of your breath to reduce stress, boost your immune system and achieve a deeper state of consciousness.
