Description
Join us beneath the canopy of Georgia's second-largest oak tree for an evening of breath, sound, and stillness. As the sun sets and the light softens, we'll ground into the rhythm of nature-releasing what no longer serves and making space for renewal. Guided by breathwork facilitator Cohen Andrews, this experience invites you to reconnect--with your breath, your body, and the land beneath you. No experience needed, just bring a yoga mat, and open heart!
