In today’s changing economy, having an accurate and realistic budget is critical to your organization’s success. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the key components of understanding and developing a working budget.
- Identify budgeting basics, including basic budget and finance terminology
- Steps in the budget process
- Discuss different types of budgets
- Compare and contrast different budgeting methods
- Discuss the budget management process.
