WHAT: During November we will place a strategic focus on building an appreciative culture at work.
WHY: A culture of appreciation leads to higher levels of employee engagement. Employee engagement is the involvement and enthusiasm of employees in their work and workplace. Gallup research tells us that higher levels of employee engagement can produce:
- A 10% increase in customer loyalty
- A 14% increase in productivity among employees
- A 18% increase in customer sales
