Description
"Cartersville Has Heart" kicks off this year with a scenic 5K race beginning at 9 a.m. at Georgia Highlands College. A 1 mile Kids Fun Run follows at 10 a.m. and awards will be presented at 10:30 a.m. Presented by Cartersville Medical Center, Georgia Bone & Joint, Harbin Clinic and Georgia Highlands College, additional heart health-related activities will be held concurrently in the Student Center until noon, including free health screenings, demonstrations, exhibitor booths and information. Additionally, an indoor walking alternative will be available at Georgia Highlands College indoor walking track.
