Join City Cellar and Loft as they welcome Reformation Brewery for their first ever beer dinner. Their kitchen team is excited for you to try the carefully paired plates to pair with Woodstock, Georgia’s own Reformation Brewery beer.
*Course 1: Tuna Tartare (ahi tuna, rice, avocado, mint, watermelon radish, citrus) with ATLAS, Reformation’s Rye IPA.
*Course 2: Heirloom Tomato Basil Soup (heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, crouton) with UNION, Reformation’s Belgian-Style White Ale
*Course 3: Stuffed Pork Tenderloin (wild mushroom duxelle, butternut squash, risotto, sage, balsamic reduction) with CADENCE, Reformation’s Belgian-Style Ale.
*Course 4: Tirimisu with DECLARATION, Reformation’s Imperial Stout.
*Celebratory after dinner beer: JUDE, Reformation’s Belgian-Style Tripel
