May 11th is national "Eat What You Want" Day, let's eat some cake! Join us for another free pressure cooking demonstration featuring the Instant Pot. This time we will be making miniature pineapple upside-down cakes. Participants will have a chance to sample this delightful treat and will receive the recipe. Registration is preferred.
