Stop by any of the Bartow County Library branches to pick up a 4th of July party popper! We will have take-home kits while supply lasts. These poppers are simple to make and will be lots of fun in preparation for the holiday. Each kit includes the tube, decorative paper, a balloon, and confetti. We hope you have an amazing holiday!
