Description
– Join the Bartow History Museum on Saturday, November 6 for tours through the historic cemeteries of Downtown Euharlee. Bartow History Museum tour guides will lead attendees through the Euharlee Presbyterian and the Euharlee Baptist Church cemeteries. The tour will also include stops in the re-discovered and partially restored Black Pioneer Cemetery that lies in between the Baptist and Presbyterian Church yards. Actors from the Grand Theatre will be along the tour route providing live interpretations of what life could have been like for the people in Euharlee over 150 years ago. There are five available tour times: 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. Attendees should be prepared to walk on uneven terrain. Tickets for this event are $15 for non-members and $13.50 for members.
